Roch Champagne and Serge Carrier, the two co-founders, believed that project development could become radically efficient if every discipline involved used 3D CAD data as the common ground for new product developments.

This was the beginning of Syl&Tech, which was meant for the integration of styling and engineering. Started upon the buyout of Intermag-Modelex New Product Development assets, Styl&Tech helped companies like Bell Helicopter, CAE, Monaco Coach, Premier Tech, New Flyer Industries and others to meet their product development goals.
